1. User Accounts

• Users must be 18 years or older to register
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• WorkManja reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

2. For Clients

• Job postings must be accurate and lawful
• Clients agree to pay for services rendered
• WorkManja charges a 10% commission on completed jobs

3. For Contractors

• Contractors must provide accurate information about their skills and experience
• All work must be performed professionally and safely
• Contractors are independent service providers not employees of WorkManja

4. Payments

• All payments are processed through WorkManja’s secure payment system
• WorkManja holds payment until job completion
• Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days

5. Disputes

• WorkManja provides a dispute resolution system
• Both parties must attempt to resolve disputes amicably first

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.id est laborum.
